Dead Doors
Dead Doors is Dav-Tec’s front door acoustic treatment for VW Transporters. It is designed to improve speaker performance by reducing door resonance, vibration, rattles and panel noise.
Rather than just adding a few sheets of basic deadening, we use a proper multi-layer approach to help the speakers sound tighter, cleaner, fuller and more controlled. It is a strong supporting upgrade with speaker installs, and it can also make a noticeable improvement on vans that already have decent speakers but untreated doors.
